COMMUNITY WELLBEING
Wellbeing at Brusinka
A project supporting social wellbeing in Brno
ABOUT THE WELLBEING SPACE
Creative self-expression and meaningful human connection
At Brusinka, we see wellbeing as part of multicultural community life. For us, it means creating conditions where local and international residents of Brno can meet, learn, create, share experiences and feel part of something shared.
Our wellbeing activities bring together creativity, language, reflection, movement, storytelling, intercultural dialogue and community encounters. Each format has its own shape, but together they support confidence, emotional intelligence, resilience, communication and meaningful human connection.
We understand wellbeing at Brusinka as a way to build a safe, open and lively environment for meeting, creating, learning and shared experience. Here, diversity becomes a natural part of everyday community life in Brno.
What we offer
Creative Wellbeing Space
A series of gently guided workshops where creativity becomes a language for what we are experiencing, noticing and trying to understand more clearly. Through drawing, mapping, writing, collage and reflection, participants are invited to slow down, gain inner clarity and connect meaningfully with others. Each meeting has its own theme and a carefully guided structure that supports personal pace, creative self-expression and natural contact in a safe and inspiring environment. The workshop allows space for personal rhythm, individual expression and natural sharing according to what feels comfortable.
Price: 200 Kč / workshop
